ORDERING BY TELEPHONE

Based on the information you give us in terms of
designer, style, size, color and other information
such as shipping options, we will give you a price quote
and approximate delivery date
for your dress.
PURCHASE INFORMATION
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash,
Visa, Master Card, Discover,
Personal Checks
(Any
NSF or Stopped Checks are subject to a $40 Service
Charge)
To special order dresses, we require half down
before ordering. The remaining balance
is due on the day
we receive merchandise. A Re-stocking fee of
25% will be charged if balance is not paid within
three days.
No refunds or
cancellations once dress is ordered.
DRESS
AVAILABILITY
Preferred order time for dresses is 4-6 months
before wedding or prom.
Please
allow plenty of time for alterations to be completed
on dresses.
Availability of dresses changes frequently. If the manufacturer
has the dress in stock, shipping will be in a few
days. However, if the dress is not in stock, it may
take weeks or months to ship. When you call to
ask about your dress, we will contact the
manufacturer to determine the approximate ship date
based on your use date.
MEASUREMENTS
Ordering your
correct size is very important since we do not
exchange or refund merchandise.
Most of the gowns we
carry do not fit the same as regular clothes and the
length generally is made to fit girls
5'8" tall.
Therefore, you should have your measurements before
placing an order.
When measuring, it is
always best to have someone else measure you. Try to
measure over the undergarments you will wear with
your gown.
Measure
the fullest part of your bust and hips, and then the
smallest point of your waist. Measure snugly but not
tightly.
Dresses are made according to
each company's size
charts. If in
doubt, order the larger size as it is easier to take
the dress in.
In most cases, you
will need some type of alteration on your dress to get a good fit.
Alteration charges are not included in our price and we
are not responsible for alterations.
The Final Size is the customer's decision
and responsibility.
RETURN
POLICY
Due
to the intimate nature of our apparel ALL SALES ARE
FINAL. No refunds or exchanges on merchandise that
is special ordered, ordered by phone, marked down,
has been altered, put in layaway or has been taken
out of the store through pick up or mail.
Since dresses are Special Ordered, we
are NOT responsible for
gowns ordered by the customer that are too small or
too large.
Once the order is
placed, the dress is "YOURS". The dress cannot be
returned or exchanged. Your money cannot be refunded
and the order cannot be cancelled.
Layaways left over 30 days with
no payment may be voided.
